1. Aluminium Frame Curtain Walling (Stick & Unitized Systems)

The most versatile and widely used facade system. This features a visible grid of robust aluminium mullions (vertical) and transoms (horizontal) that hold the glass panels securely in place.

2. Frameless Structural Glazing

A sleek, ultra-modern system where the exterior aluminium frame is completely hidden. The glass panels are bonded directly to the aluminium framework using high-strength structural silicone. From the outside, this creates a seamless, uninterrupted, mirror-like glass facade.

• The TSL Advantage: Precision factory fabrication ensures the structural silicone is applied in a controlled environment for maximum bond strength and weatherproofing.
• Best for: Premium corporate headquarters and modern designs requiring a smooth, all-glass exterior without visible metal caps.

3. Spider Curtain Walling (Point-Supported Glazing)

A high-tech, highly transparent system that uses stainless steel “spiders” and routels to hold the glass panels at their corners, rather than enclosing them in a frame. The glass is attached to a structural backing (which can include our custom powder-coated aluminium fins or steel structures).

Alucobond (ACP) Cladding Integration

To create dynamic, multi-textured building exteriors, we seamlessly integrate Alucobond (Aluminium Composite Panels) alongside our glass curtain walls. Alucobond consists of two aluminium cover sheets bonded to a core material, providing a perfectly flat, lightweight, and rigid solid facade element.

How We Use Alucobond:

• Spandrel Panels: Used to conceal floor slabs, HVAC systems, and structural elements between floors of glass, creating a unified exterior look.
• Column Covers & Architectural Fins: Wrapping structural columns or adding 3D vertical fins to give the building depth and character.
• Opaque Facade Sections: Providing highly insulated, solid blocks of color to contrast with transparent glass vision areas.
