TSL Construction Limited undertook a specialized finishing works project for a residential house located in Dunga, Kisumu. The scope of works encompassed the supply, fabrication, and installation of aluminium works, balustrading, a skylight, and shower cubicles, delivering both functional and aesthetic value to the residence.

The aluminium works included the design and installation of aluminium-framed doors, windows, and other fittings tailored to the client’s specifications, offering durability, low maintenance, and a clean modern finish suited to the residential setting.

The balustrading works involved the fabrication and installation of railing systems for staircases and/or balconies, combining structural safety with a refined visual finish that complements the overall architectural design of the home.

The skylight installation introduced natural lighting into the interior spaces, enhancing energy efficiency and creating a brighter, more welcoming living environment.

The shower cubicles were custom fabricated and installed to fit the bathroom spaces, providing durable, water-resistant, and easy-to-clean enclosures finished to a high standard.
